G.E.E. Solutions was founded in 2026 by Charles H. Grant, a former Army logistics and operations officer, Defense Intelligence Agency Senior Operations Officer and Navy program financial leader. He is joined by Chief Operating Officer Ulises J. Morel, who brings more than 26 years of Army workforce and organizational leadership.
Headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida, we serve federal and Florida customers nationwide, remote and on-site.

Charles H. Grant founded G.E.E. Solutions after a career in Army logistics and operations, service as a Senior Operations Officer at the Defense Intelligence Agency, and program and financial leadership on the U.S. Navy's $462M AUTEC program.

Ulises J. Morel brings 26+ years of U.S. Army leadership in workforce transformation and organizational strategy, including Senior Enlisted Advisor for Army Headquarters G-1 and Command Sergeant Major of the Army Marketing and Engagement Brigade (450+ people, $21M budget).
