How we started
Mission discipline, built into a company
G.E.E. Solutions was founded in 2026 by Charles H. Grant, a former Army logistics and operations officer, Defense Intelligence Agency Senior Operations Officer and Navy program financial leader. He started the company to bring the rigor and compliance discipline that the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community demand to federal IT, cybersecurity, research and development, and supply chain work.
He is joined by Chief Operating Officer Ulises J. Morel, who brings more than 26 years of Army workforce and organizational leadership.
Headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida, the firm is registered in SAM.gov and is pursuing veteran-owned and service-disabled veteran-owned small business certification.
